Returns
We aim to please, but if you are not entirely happy with your purchase/s, please return your order to the address below, within 14 days of receipt of goods, securely packaged, with a copy of the receipt and reason for its return, retaining proof of postage. The cost of returns must be covered by the customer
Please specify if you would like a different product or size or colour if available. All exchanges will be delivered free of charge. We will either replace your order or make a refund. On receipt of goods, as long as they are returned in the same condition as they were sent out, we will endeavour to make a refund within 48 hours
We can’t offer refunds for item/s bought in any Sales, but we will issue a credit note if Sale item/s are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of goods, securely packaged, with a copy of receipt and reason for return, retaining proof of postage
Cancellation
We are a small business and are unable to offer a cancellation facility on orders, please see our Returns Policy
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
As above but please send your returned item/s using a trackable service, marking your package clearly ‘Returned Goods’ to avoid delays at Customs
